jLAN's management team has a combined 50 plus years of experience in developing software for enterprises, project management and mobility.

Andres Link, President
Andres has been President of jLAN Technologies since co-founding the company in 2000. In 1993 Andres co-founded Everything Wireless, Inc., one of the nations leading wireless products and services cataloguer and e-tailer. Andres grew Everything Wireless from concept to over 100 employees and eventually sold the company to Roxy.com in 1999. Prior to forming Everything Wireless, Andres was a principal in Swerdlow Link Partners, Inc., a business consultancy firm and was a Corporate Loan Officer for Chase Manhattan Bank in New York and Santiago, Chile. Andres has a B.S. in Finance from Boston University.

Lisa Hanley, Chief Operating Officer
Responsible for business operations and ERP implementations, customer support and Professional Services. Lisa is a Microsoft  Masters Certified Professional.  Lisa has developed many complex integration solutions for Microsoft Dynamics customers in the Healthcare, Airline, Real Estate and Telecommunications industries. As VP of Operations with her former company, Lisa managed the financial controls, supervised the call center and fulfillment operations, handled corporate compliance issues and organized multiple facility build-outs/relocations. Lisa attended Pennsylvania's Allentown School of Business and Kutztown State University where she received her degree in Accounting.

Jeff Woodard, Chief Technology Officer
Jeff is responsible for software technology development and deployment. Jeff brings over 20 years of experience as a technology professional developing applications. Jeff is a Microsoft Dynamics Certified Professional and a Certified Integration Developer for Tools (CID). Jeff currently works with development tools including ADO, .NET Framework, .NET Compact Framework, and Microsoft SQL server. In Jeff's prior position as Vice President of Technology for a multi-state e-commerce company, he was responsible for development of an enterprise system that ran a $30 million a year e-commerce business. Jeff's experience is vast and includes positions with fortune 1000 companies  as well as other a full service cutting edge technology companies.   Jeff has extensive project management experience building Internet applications, Mobile Applications, Intranets and custom applications. Jeff has a BS in Computer Science and a BS in Agricultural Economics from New Mexico State University.

Benjamin Nelcha, Sr. Software Engineer
Ben is the lead programmer charged with architecting, developing and delivering enhancements for jLAN Mobile.  Ben brings over 20 years� experience as an IT professional to jLAN. Ben has extensive experience in developing mobile applications using the .NET framework.  Throughout his career he has developed various mobile solutions for both Windows Mobile and Tablet form factors. Ben possesses tremendous experience with the core technologies used in jLAN Mobile including SQL Server, C#, XML and the Visual Studio development environment.
