  • jLAN offices are closed on U.S. Legal Holidays.
  • eMAIL support is available by sending your support question to support@jLANTECH.com
  • jLAN offers remote control assistance by clicking on the support link
  • All jLAN support plans entitle clients to new software releases and upgrades. Support is available for the current version and immediate prior version of the software.  Support for prior versions is available on an hourly basis.
    • Enhanced Package includes the following and is recommended for the first year:
      • Unlimited Support usage during the 12 Month period
      • E-Mail and Phone Response
      • Remote Assistance
      • Priced at 25% of the current list price of jLAN software licensed
    • Basic Package is only recommended for clients that have been using jLAN software for at least one year.
      • 6 Annual support incidents
      • E-Mail and Phone Response within 24-48 hours
      • Priced at 18% of the current list price of licensed jLAN software
