jLAN Mobile customers must maintain an active support plan so we offer two different plans that enable you to choose what best fits your needs and your budget. Support plans entitle jLAN customers to the most current version of jLAN Mobile so you can take advantage of all the latest features and enhancements as they are added.

jLAN Mobile Support Plans:

  • jLAN offers remote control assistance by clicking on the support link
  • All jLAN support plans entitle clients to new software releases and upgrades. Support is available for the current version and immediate prior version of the software. Support for prior versions is available on an hourly basis.
  • All jLAN Mobile customers must maintain an active support plan.

Enhanced Support Package:

Recommended for your first year with jLAN Mobile and includes:

  • 6 Support Incidents per month
  • Email and Phone Response same day.
  • Remote Assistance
  • Price: 25% of licensed jLAN Mobile software*
  • Price For Subscriptions: Additional $9 Per month per user

Basic Support Package:

Recommended only for customers using jLAN Mobile at least one year and includes:

  • Six annual support incidents
  • Email Response within 24-48 hours
  • Price: 18% of licensed jLAN Mobile software*
  • Price For Subscriptions: Included with basic subscription

* Pricing based on current list price of licensed jLAN Mobile software.
